4. Polishing: Friction polishing is performed in industrial drums for 4-6 hours; no chemical agents or coatings are used.
5. High-Temperature Drying & Moisture Control: Moisture content is strictly controlled below 12% to prevent mold during transport.
6. Sorting: A combination of mechanical sorting and visual inspection ensures product quality.
7. High-Temperature Hot Pressing: Tableware is molded at temperatures between 160°C and 180°C.
8. Metal Detection: All finished products pass through industrial metal detectors before being packed into cartons.
